Rooted in Purpose. Built for Change.
When the old story no longer fits, Wayfound helps individuals and organizations rebuild with resilience, renewal, and grounded purpose.
The HUMAN SIDE OF CHANGE
In a world of disruption — where technological change, industry shifts, and the collapse of “safe” career paths are rewriting the world of work — people are left facing more than just new skill requirements.
Traditional career tools and organizational programs focus on reskilling, résumés, or quick fixes, but they skip the hardest part: what disruption does to people’s sense of self, clarity, and wellbeing.
Wayfound exists to support the human side of change. We meet people and organizations at the threshold — when the old story no longer fits — and guide them through the breakdown toward renewal, resilience, and grounded purpose.
It’s not just about reskilling — it’s about rebuilding the inner strength to move forward whole.
Our Mission
Wayfound helps individuals and organizations navigate the human side of change. We build the inner capacities — emotional, psychological, and spiritual — that people need to turn disruption into renewal, resilience, and grounded purpose.
Whether facing burnout, layoffs, or organizational restructuring, we guide people at the threshold, so they can reclaim who they are and move forward stronger — and so organizations can support their workforce with clarity, adaptability, and wellbeing.
Our Values
We believe that people and systems can evolve — and we support that growth through soulful guidance, conscious change, and compassionate leadership.
Growth and Transformation
Every journey is unique. We honor lived experience and coach with deep listening, empathy, and the belief that transformation begins with truth.
Human-Centered Learning
We lead with transparency, honor our commitments, and operate with integrity that reflects both professional excellence and personal truth.
Integrity & Professionalism
Innovation & Adaptability
We embrace change as a teacher — staying responsive, courageous, and innovative in how we serve.
We don’t define inclusion by demographics, but by depth. We create spaces for those ready to stop abandoning themselves — where truth is welcome, and transformation is supported.
Accessibility & Inclusion

Emotional Wellness

Redesign your work and life with intention — rooted in your core values, authentic identity, and a soul-aligned vision for what’s next.
Purposeful Alignment

OUR FOUNDER
Meet The Heart BeHIND WAYFOUND
Stephanie McFarlane founded Wayfound with a simple but powerful belief:
Change doesn’t have to be the end of your story — it can be the beginning of your greatest chapter.
After years of success in Engineering and Project Management, Stephanie came face-to-face with a deep inner truth:
the version of success she had built no longer aligned with who she was becoming.
She realized that many people spend their lives walking a similar path — performing success while feeling quietly disconnected from themselves.
The ache of that misalignment sparked a reinvention journey rooted in truth, courage, and emotional clarity.
She went on to earn a Master’s in Applied Psychology, study the psychology of work and identity, and eventually create Wayfound —
a coaching and development practice that helps individuals and organizations navigate the human side of career change.
Today, as a Career Reinvention Coach and I/O Psychology Practitioner, Stephanie helps purpose-driven women and evolving organizations
rewrite the story of work — supporting transitions with clarity, care, and soul-aligned strategy.
She is known for her grounded presence, calm clarity, and her ability to help others find meaning, reclaim their voice,
and move forward with confidence — even in uncertain times.
“You don’t have to choose between purpose and practicality. At Wayfound, we believe you can build a life — and a career — that honors both.”
Our CORE VALUES
At Wayfound, we believe sustainable change is only possible when we support the whole person — emotionally, professionally, and psychologically. Our work is grounded in the following core values:
Every person deserves the tools, support, and permission to grow — at their own pace and in their own way.
We believe change should never come at the cost of self-worth.
Human Dignity

We meet challenge with strength — and strength with kindness.
To us, resilience isn’t just endurance; it’s emotional honesty, courageous presence, and compassionate care.

Resilience with Compassion
We honor alignment over hustle. True growth means healing, clarity, and purpose — not just moving forward for forward’s sake.
Authentic Growth

We are committed to making growth and transformation truly accessible — never exclusive.
Equity in Access
